Du Quoin State Fairgrounds – Du Quoin, Illinois with more thatn 300 carefully manicured acres of grass-covered rolling hillsides. With the beautiful buildings, harness racing and full fair activities the fair grounds is a fabulous place to visit, during the fair or othertimes.

Driving up to the fairgrounds you will see the pride the community has in its upkeep and usability. There are campgrounds, lakes, harness racing track, more than thirteen hundred majestic trees and beautiful setting.

The Expo Building is a majestic welcome to the grounds. This building is used for numerous activities throughout the year. The fairgrounds hosts many activities from horseshows to flea markets.

Du Quoin State Fairgrounds has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 1990. It is one of Perry County’s two Registered Historic Places.

Directions:
From the east or west, take I-64 to Rt. 127 and go south on 127 to Pinckneyville at Rt. 154. Take 154 east to US Rt. 51 and take 51 south through Duquoin. The fairgrounds are just south of Duquoin.

From the north or south, take I-57 to Rt. 14 and go west to Rt. 51. Go north on 51 and the fairground is located on 51 just south of Duquoin.

There is plenty of parking available. The fee is $3.

Regular Box Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

During the Fair, hours are 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
